He provided me with comforting information regarding my alarm system and knowledge on the company when he came out to talk with me about Ackerman Security. I hit a couple of bumps with speaking with the scheduling department for installation and being taught the system but he hooked me up with the right people to talk to and got it taken care of! I immediately got a call from Karen Collins checking on me. I explained that I was trying to reset the code and she talked me through the process, not realizing I was changing it to the panic code. I then set my alarm and left home, again unknowingly setting off the panic code. Ms. Collins with Ackerman Security immediately called me again and talked with me until we figured out the problem. She asked me to call her when I returned home and she then helped me straighten it out, even having a technician call me to be sure it was okay. Ms. Collins went above and beyond and did it with kindness and patience and I want to commend and thank her. Employees such as Ms. Collins are why I use Ackerman Security for my alarm company needs!
